This team is the financial heartbeat of HighLevel, owning the entire billing and reselling architecture. Every transaction—from subscriptions and plans to usage-based charges and auto-recharges—flows through systems this team builds. You will manage the critical reselling and rebilling layer that allows our 2M+ businesses to mark up and resell services, ensuring a seamless financial experience for agencies and their clients.   The system processes 160M+ daily events and $4M worth of transactions, requiring extreme operational precision.This is the most high-consequence correctness domain in the company. The platform must be high-throughput, highly available, and demand zero tolerance for inconsistency.   In this role, precision is paramount: a lost usage event is unbilled revenue, while a duplicated one undermines customer trust. You will also oversee the fraud, abuse, and spend-control layer, implementing velocity detection, circuit breakers, and anomaly gates to stop runaway workloads before they impact the bottom line.As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of experienced managers and/or senior engineers (8+) who expect a manager with real technical depth. You'll own architecture and delivery, and partner closely with PMs, Finance, Risk, Support, Phone & WhatsApp channel teams, and payment providers to keep money movement correct, auditable, and fast.
