El rol combina análisis, gestión de campañas y contacto con clientes. Buscamos un/a profesional de marketing digital o e-commerce con experiencia comprobable que quiera desarrollarse dentro de un entorno dinámico y orientado a resultados. Responsabilidades: - Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon y Mercado Libre. - Monitorear métricas clave, analizar performance y elaborar reportes de resultados. - Coordinar con equipos internos (diseño, desarrollo y contenidos) para ejecutar estrategias. - Gestionar entre 6 y 12 cuentas activas, garantizando cumplimiento de objetivos y calidad de servicio. - Actuar como punto de contacto principal con los clientes, manteniendo una comunicación profesional y clara. - Proponer acciones de mejora continua en estrategias de adquisición y conversión. Requisitos: - Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en marketing digital o gestión de cuentas. - Conocimientos comprobables en Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon y/o Mercado Libre Ads. - Dominio intermedio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos). Se valorará: - Inglés avanzado (no excluyente). - Experiencia con Shopify, CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive) o herramientas de automatización. Acerca de la posición: - Modalidad contractor: 100% remoto. - Horario laboral: lunes a jueves, de 11:00 a 20:30 hs y viernes de 11:00 a 18:00 hs (hora Argentina; equivale a 8:00–17:30 y 8:00–15:00 hs, zona horaria Ciudad de México). - Salario en USD. - Excelente clima laboral, proyectos creativos y posibilidades de aprendizaje continuo. - Capacitaciones y certificaciones de Google y Meta dentro del horario laboral.
