Configure Dynamics 365 CE and F&O solutions from requirements to deployment
Participate in consulting and implementation projects for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations. Work includes gathering requirements, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of solutions. Focus on Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, Finance, Supply Chain, and end-to-end business processes like order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for CRM and ERP projects
- Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Set up Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules including financials and inventory
- Design and implement automations, data integrations, and business process flows
- Conduct testing, deployment, and support continuous improvement of implemented solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand problems and propose functional solutions
Requirements
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Knowledge of business processes in sales, service, finance, or supply chain
- Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions
- Experience working in consulting or implementation projects
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
