Develop a five-year work plan aligned with strategic goals and outcomes

The volunteer will review WOUGNET's Strategic Plan 2026–2030 and existing programme documents to develop a five-year work plan with clear activities, responsible units, timelines, indicative budgets and assumptions. This will be broken down into annual and quarterly work plans showing milestones and deliverables. Direct contribution to strengthening WOUGNET's accountability to communities, partners and donors through a results-based planning system

Key Responsibilities

Review the WOUGNET Strategic Plan 2026–2030, existing programme documents and past work plans and reports
Develop a five-year work plan aligned with the strategic plan's goals, outcomes and priority areas, with clear activities, responsible units
Break the five-year work plan down into annual and quarterly work plans showing milestones and deliverables
Design a Monitoring and Evaluation framework including results framework, SMART indicators, data collection methods and tools, roles and res
Develop standardized reporting templates for annual, quarterly and monthly reporting aligned to the M&E framework
Facilitate a validation session with staff and management and incorporate feedback

Requirements

Experience in strategic planning and results-based management
Knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and indicator development
Skills in developing work plans and reporting templates
Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions
Understanding of gender-responsive and disaggregated data approaches
Familiarity with ICT for development and women's rights contexts
