Data Scientist (Search & Recommendation)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and tune machine learning models for search relevance and item recommendation
• Analyze user behavior data to improve discovery of trading pairs and financial products
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy models into production systems
• Evaluate model performance using A/B tests and engagement metrics
• Stay updated on latest ML techniques and apply them to crypto-specific use cases

Requirements

• Experience with machine learning model development and deployment
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Strong background in search algorithms, recommendation systems, or information retrieval
• Experience working with large-scale user behavior and transaction data
• Ability to communicate technical findings to cross-functional teams
