Convert inbound calls into booked vacations and tours by engaging with guests and prospective owners, using sales skills to identify needs, overcome objections, and close bookings. You'll assist with travel planning, promote package upgrades, and address guest inquiries, all while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with guests and prospective owners to convert inbound calls into booked vacations and tours
- Assist with travel planning and scheduling for guests with pre-paid vacation packages
- Promote and sell package upgrades based on guest preferences
- Process payments related to new bookings, upgrades, or package changes
- Address guest inquiries regarding travel dates, package details, and upcoming vacations
- Provide support for any issues guests may encounter before or after their trip
Requirements
- Experience in the timeshare or hospitality industry
- Prior experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
- Strong communication and upselling skills
