Key Responsibilities
- Buat rencana konten mingguan dan harian untuk kampanye sosial dan lingkungan
- Produksi konten asli Kitabisa, termasuk seri dokumenter
- Kerja sama dengan tim Program dan Account Executive dalam task force
- Uphold Kitabisa's communication principles across all produced content
- Deliver a minimum daily output of 2 pieces of content
- Share operational/admin resourcing with the Social Media Lead
Requirements
- Punya pengalaman 2–4 tahun sebagai Content Specialist, Content Writer, atau Content Creator
- Bisa menghasilkan konten harian minimal 2 konten per hari
- Mampu menulis dengan gaya naratif empatik dan data-grounded dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris
- Bisa bekerja di lapangan: wawancara, dokumentasi, dan editing cepat
- Familiar dengan tools Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Lightroom, atau serupa
- Bisa bekerja cross-functionally dalam struktur ad-hoc/task-force
