Compliance Specialist

Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure Binance's regulatory adherence in diverse markets.

Binance seeks a Compliance Specialist to enhance its global regulatory compliance. You'll build programs, train staff, and collaborate with legal and operations teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement compliance programs tailored to different regions and regulatory frameworks.
Conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
Collaborate with legal, operations, and other teams to ensure consistent adherence to regulations.
Monitor and analyze changes in financial regulations and adjust compliance strategies accordingly.
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate compliance status to senior management.

Requirements

Proven experience (3+ years) in financial compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of global financial regulations, particularly in the cryptocurrency space.
Experience in designing and implementing compliance programs and training materials.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration and training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management software.
