Community & Events Manager (Turkey)

Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow Binance's Turkish user base

Lead community-focused initiatives and events to increase Binance's visibility and adoption in Turkey. Collaborate with local partners and influencers to build a thriving blockchain ecosystem. Drive user engagement through online and offline activities, aligning with Binance's global mission.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement community engagement plans tailored to the Turkish market
Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, webinars, and meetups

Create and distribute localized content to educate and engage the community
Monitor and analyze community feedback and trends to inform strategy adjustments

Requirements

Proven experience in community management or event planning, preferably in the blockchain/crypto industry
Strong understanding of the Turkish market and local community dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
