Convert private jet charter inquiries into high-value bookings
Manage inbound private jet charter inquiries and convert leads into bookings by understanding client travel requirements and recommending tailored flight solutions. Guide clients through quoting, aircraft selection, and booking while maintaining proactive communication across phone, email, WhatsApp, and Slack. Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and support sales reporting and forecasting.

- Manage inbound private jet charter inquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Guide clients through quoting, aircraft selection, and booking process
- Maintain proactive communication across phone, email, WhatsApp, and Slack
- Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Participate in rotating coverage to support fast-paced client service environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, high-ticket sales, luxury services, or relationship-driven client roles
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Comfortable working remotely during EST hours with rotating availability
