Key Responsibilities
- Mengumpulkan kebutuhan bisnis dan memecah user stories
- Membuat diagram proses bisnis dan presentasi untuk memvalidasi solusi
- Berkomunikasi dengan pengguna akhir dan stakeholder untuk memastikan solusi IT memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis
- Mendokumentasikan proses bisnis saat ini dan implikasinya
- Membuat spesifikasi fungsional dan kriteria penerimaan
- Membantu dalam workshop desain dan membuat presentasi
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1/D4 dari semua latar belakang (diprioritaskan di Ilmu Komputer atau Teknologi Informasi)
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Business Analyst di proyek IT
- Kemampuan bekerja dalam tim besar dan beragam
- Kemampuan bekerja dengan tekanan dan integritas yang kuat
- Pengalaman menggunakan metodologi Agile
