With support for over 10 million assets across 100+ blockchains, Trust Wallet offers a seamless, multi-chain experience backed by industry-leading self-custody technology, a vibrant community, and a growing ecosystem of partners. 核心职责 - 出镜内容创作： 作为品牌在短视频平台（X/Twitter、TikTok、YouTube Shorts）的核心出镜人，负责构思、撰写脚本并亲自出镜，将钱包特性转化为极具吸引力和趣味性的内容，逐步建立与品牌深度绑定的个人出镜辨识度。 - KOL 与达人合作： 在项目早期主导增长闭环，负责发掘、谈判并执行与 KOL、行业大V、Web3 渠道的联合营销合作，并与合作方共同出镜以扩大传播声量。 - 线下活动出镜内容： 在线下峰会（如 Token2049）等活动现场，作为品牌出镜代表进行实时视频拍摄、采访与互动内容产出，为活动前后的社交媒体传播提供素材。 任职要求 - 具备流利的中英双语专业沟通能力。 - 拥有出色的短视频出镜经验，具备真实自然的镜头感染力（需提供作品集/Showreel）。 - 具备主动的增长黑客意识，能独立对接 KOL 与合作方并推动合作落地。 - 深入理解加密货币、DeFi、自托管钱包及 Web3 社区文化。 Key Responsibilities - On-Camera Content Creation: Be the face and voice of the brand across short-form video (X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Brainstorm, script, and star in content that translates wallet features into engaging, entertaining narratives — building your own recognizable on-camera presence tied to the brand. - KOL & Influencer Collaboration: Own the early-stage growth loop by identifying, negotiating, and executing co-marketing collabs with KOLs, influencers, and Web3 affiliates — appearing alongside them on camera to extend reach. - On-the-Ground Event Content: At IRL activations (e.g. Token2049), be the on-camera presence capturing real-time video content, interviews, and reactions that fuel the brand's social channels during and after the event. Requirements - Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin. - Proven on-camera short-form video experience with a natural, authentic presence (portfolio/showreel required). - A proactive growth-hacking mindset — comfortable reaching out to KOLs and partners directly and closing collabs independently. - Solid understanding of crypto, DeFi, self-custody wallets, and Web3 culture.
