The Role As the Public Relations Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy for how the world perceives Trust Wallet. You will blend traditional public relations, executive communications, and innovative brand marketing to tell compelling stories about security, financial sovereignty, and Web3 innovation. This role requires a unique mix of high-level brand strategy and hands-on media relations in a rapid-response crypto environment. Key Responsibilities - Global PR Strategy: Develop and execute an impactful global PR calendar covering product launches, security milestones, strategic partnerships, and community initiatives. - Media Relations & Pitching: Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with tier-one tech, business, and crypto-native media outlets. Secure consistent, high-quality organic coverage. - Brand Positioning & Messaging: Maintain and evolve Trust Wallet's global brand guidelines, ensuring absolute consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all public-facing channels. - Crisis & Security Communications: Work closely with the Security, Product, and Legal teams to draft rapid, transparent, and accurate communications during industry events, network outages, or security incidents. - Executive Thought Leadership: Position Trust Wallet's leadership team as authoritative voices in Web3 through speaking engagements, op-eds, podcast placements, and industry panels. - Brand Campaigns: Conceive and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, humanize self-custody, and onboard the next wave of Web3 users. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) - Experience: 5+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand marketing, with at least 2 years explicitly within the Web3, crypto, or DeFi space. - Crypto-Native Mindset: A deep, functional understanding of decentralized ecosystems, non-custodial wallets, smart contracts, and major layer-1/layer-2 networks. You don't just know the jargon; you can explain complex cryptographic concepts simply. - Proven track record of securing high-tier media placements and established relationships with prominent crypto journalists and tech editors. - An elite storyteller with the ability to draft compelling press releases, messaging frameworks, and executive talking points under tight deadlines. - Global Execution: Experience working across decentralized, distributed teams and executing localized campaigns across diverse regions (e.g., LATAM, APAC, EMEA) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a global and fully remote role.
