About Jolly Jolly is a corporate gifting and branded merchandise company that works with some of the worlds leading brands (Shopify, Amazon, Meta and many more). As we scale, we're investing in the brand and creative engine that powers our marketing. The Role We're hiring a Brand Design Lead on a fractional basis to own the look and feel of Jolly's marketing output, with a clear pathway to full-time if preferred. Working alongside our Head of Content, you'll be the creative force behind the assets that bring campaigns, channels, and the brand to life—ideally a designer at heart, but comfortable producing across a range of formats and channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to both shape brand direction and produce the work. Engagement Fractional to start (we'll align on deliverables based on your availability and our needs) Clear pathway to full-time as the brand and marketing function expands (if this is of interest) What You'll Do Design marketing and brand assets across channels—digital, social, web, email, sales collateral, and campaign materials Partner with the Head of Content to translate content strategy into compelling visual work Produce work across formats and adapt fluidly as channel needs shift Maintain consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints What We're Looking For A strong brand and marketing design background with a portfolio to match Hands-on across the full design process—you personally produce the work to a high standard Comfort flexing across formats and channels (digital-first, but versatile) A brand-led instinct balanced with the practicality to ship marketing assets on deadline Collaborative—you work well alongside content and marketing partners Nice to Have Motion, video, or web design capability Familiarity with branded merchandise or physical product design
