Key Responsibilities

  • Lead user experience design and research initiatives for the Binance Accelerator Program
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and ship new features
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product improvements
  • Create user flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design solutions
  • Document and present UX findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing user experience design projects
  • Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of agile development processes
