Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to manage product operations for Earn and TradFi products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decisions.
- Contribute to user acquisition and retention strategies by optimizing product features and user experience.
- Assist in the development and execution of product marketing campaigns to increase user engagement and awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product roadmap and strategy.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate product performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, SQL).
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and the digital asset space.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Current university students or recent graduates in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Technology).
