private international voluntary organization is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) in Syria to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers capable of providing Agricultural items for Raqqa city This tender is open to both local and international suppliers . A detailed list of the required items is included in the Tender Package . Complete information and tender documentation can be obtained by requesting the Tender Package via email at: tenders.nes@rescue.org Please use the following subject line when requesting the documents: RFP – Agricultural items for Raqqa city Completed bids and proposals must be submitted to the IRC using the email address specified in the RFP no later than the close of business on 06/09/2026 at 10:00am All bids must fully and clearly respond to all questions and requirements outlined in the RFP. All mandatory supporting documentation must be submitted together with the quotation. Failure to complete any part of the RFP documents or to provide the required documentation will result in disqualification from the bidding process.
