BID NOTICE private international voluntary organization is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP 016) in Syria to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers capable of providing Stationary, Printing and Cartridge for WOS . This tender is open to both local and international suppliers . A detailed list of the required items is included in the Tender Package . Complete information and tender documentation can be obtained by requesting the Tender Package via email at: tenders.nes@rescue.org Please use the following subject line when requesting the documents: RFP 016 – Stationary, Printing and Cartridge for WOS Completed bids and proposals must be submitted to the IRC using the email address specified in the RFP no later than the close of business on 02/07/2026 at 04:00 . All bids must fully and clearly respond to all questions and requirements outlined in the RFP. All mandatory supporting documentation must be submitted together with the quotation. Failure to complete any part of the RFP documents or to provide the required documentation will result in disqualification from the bidding process. Bids submitted after 02/07/2026 at 04:00 will not be accepted.
