Dallas, Texas (United States) We're seeking dependable and motivated individuals who are comfortable communicating with people and interested in building new professional skills. Day-to-day responsibilities involve speaking with clients virtually, answering questions, reviewing available benefit information, and helping individuals complete the necessary steps. Training is provided, so previous experience in the industry is not required. Responsibilities Connect with clients by phone and video Conduct scheduled virtual appointments Learn about individual needs and priorities Explain benefit information in a clear and professional manner Answer questions and provide assistance Help clients complete applications and electronic forms Maintain accurate client records Complete follow-ups when necessary Attend training, coaching, and team meetings Manage appointments and daily responsibilities Qualifications We're looking for individuals who: Communicate clearly and professionally Enjoy working with and assisting others Are dependable and organized Can manage their responsibilities independently Are comfortable learning new systems and technology Have reliable computer and internet access Are open to training and feedback Are motivated by goals and professional growth Customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, sales, or other people-facing experience can be helpful, but previous experience is not required. Training & Development New team members receive training covering the systems, processes, and information needed to get started. Continued coaching, mentorship, and professional development are also available. Those who demonstrate consistent performance may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop toward leadership or management. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. A computer or laptop, webcam, dependable high-speed internet connection, and suitable workspace are required. Because the work involves insurance-related services, individuals must obtain the appropriate Life & Health Insurance License before performing activities that require licensing. Licensing may involve pre-licensing education, an examination, application requirements, and associated fees. Applicable licensing expenses are the responsibility of the candidate. No prior insurance background is necessary. Guidance and training are provided throughout the licensing and onboarding process. Licensing requirements, compensation details, fees, and contractor terms vary and will be explained during the selection and onboarding process.
