Manage bar operations, ensure consistent drink quality, and oversee team performance. You'll control inventory, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with service and kitchen teams. This role requires leadership and a deep understanding of beverage preparation and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise bar operations and ensure drinks are made according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Manage task allocation and monitor team performance
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of drinks before serving
- Control inventory, perform stock checks, and report stock needs
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and ingredient storage according to sanitation standards
- Train and guide the bar team on drink preparation techniques and operational SOPs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bar or beverage operations, preferably in restaurants or hotels
- Experience in leading or supervising a bar team
- Proficiency in drink preparation techniques, recipes, and presentation standards
- Understanding of inventory management, stock control, and ingredient management
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards, sanitation, and food safety
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
