Key Responsibilities

Develop and update business continuity plans for technology systems and services
Lead incident response efforts during technology disruptions or crises
Conduct regular testing and exercises of continuity and recovery procedures
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across GIC’s 11 global locations
Align continuity strategies with investment operations and risk management frameworks
Report on continuity readiness and incident outcomes to technology leadership

Requirements

Experience in business continuity planning or incident management
Knowledge of technology operations and IT service management
Ability to coordinate across global teams in a matrix environment
Experience conducting tests, drills, and tabletop exercises
Familiarity with risk management frameworks in financial institutions
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
