Lead a regional team of Customer Success Managers across APAC with a hands-on, player-coach approach. Personally oversee a small book of strategic accounts while ensuring retention and growth. Own regional outcomes including NRR and gross retention, and drive capacity planning, playbooks, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and other teams to deliver a single global CS standard across diverse markets.
