AI Platform Support Engineer (APAC)

Support AI platform users with technical issues and workflow optimization

Provide technical support to users of the Lightning AI platform, helping them develop, train, and deploy AI systems. Troubleshoot issues related to experimentation, training, and production inference workflows. Assist users in leveraging the platform’s integration with Voltage Park’s cost-efficient compute for scalable AI development. Ensure smooth user experience from research to production with minimal friction.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot user issues in AI development, training, and deployment workflows
Assist users in optimizing experiments and training jobs on the Lightning AI platform

Help users transition AI systems from research to production with minimal friction
Provide guidance on platform features for experimentation and production inference

Requirements

Experience with AI/ML workflows including model training and deployment
Familiarity with PyTorch Lightning or similar deep learning frameworks
Understanding of cloud-based AI infrastructure and compute optimization
Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to support users in debugging and optimizing AI development pipelines
