Maintain and optimize AI infrastructure for scalable compute operations
Lightning AI seeks an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support its end-to-end AI platform combining developer tools with large-scale compute from its Voltage Park merger. The role involves ensuring reliability, performance, and security of systems used for AI research, training, and production inference. Work focuses on maintaining operational stability across hybrid cloud environments serving global AI teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain AI infrastructure performance and availability
- Optimize compute resources for cost-efficient large-scale AI workloads

- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues affecting AI training and inference workloads
Requirements
- Experience with infrastructure operations in AI or high-compute environments

- Familiarity with AI workloads, training pipelines, or inference systems
- Understanding of security, observability, and reliability best practices
- Ability to work in a remote, global team supporting developer-first platforms
