Plan and deliver an AI-powered CS bot management platform to improve support efficiency
Responsible for the overall planning, design, delivery and promotion of a CS bot management platform including knowledge base, chat flow, and ticket center. Use big data and AI to improve the working efficiency of CS operations through corpus training, SOP design, assistant reply, and case summary. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations to achieve platform goals.
