- Mengelola administrasi pengiriman dan retur barang
- Entry faktur dan PBKB dengan menggunakan barcode
- Serah terima dokumen, retur, dan uang COD dengan driver/loper
- Melakukan cross check kelengkapan faktur dan PBKB
- Follow up faktur yang belum terkirim atau kembali
- Mengelola filing dokumen ekspedisi dengan rapi
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman sebagai Admin Ekspedisi atau Admin
- Teliti, cekatan, rapi, dan bertanggung jawab
- Mampu bekerja sesuai SOP dan target
- Komunikatif dan terbiasa koordinasi
- Menguasai MS Office
