Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp promptly and professionally. Filter common questions to create a simple FAQ, log key data in Google Sheets, and escalate complex issues. Work 4–6 hours daily, Monday–Friday, with a one-week trial period.

  • Provide a daily summary of chat volume, top questions, and pending follow-ups

Requirements

  • Experience as a WhatsApp admin, CS, or social media chat
  • Real-time responsiveness (max 5 minutes when online) and multitasking ability
  • Good Indonesian grammar, professional yet warm tone
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools for recording
