An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p><p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Work closely with product teams to help define and execute technical criteria</p></li><li><p>Design and build backend services and APIs, including system-to-system integrations, on relational data</p></li><li><p>Model complex, evolving business domains into clear schemas and API contracts</p></li><li><p>Ship end-to-end features, including TypeScript frontend work</p></li><li><p>Help scale AI-native development across the team: shared AI workflows, tooling and CI/CD integration</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Mid-to-senior engineer with strong backend and data fundamentals</p></li><li><p>Production experience with relational databases and data/domain modeling</p></li><li><p>Production experience in one of Ruby (preferred), Node.js/TypeScript (preferred) or Python</p></li><li><p>Experience designing and building APIs</p></li><li><p>AWS or another enterprise cloud platform</p></li><li><p>AI-native development: daily use of agentic AI coding tools, and experience scaling shared AI workflows across a team and into the development lifecycle, including CI/CD</p></li><li><p>Strong English and communication skills</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Building LLM features on enterprise AI platforms (AWS Bedrock preferred)</p></li><li><p>Exposure to energy, utilities or sustainability data</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,000 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p></li><li><p>This is a 40 hours per week.</p></li><li><p>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</p></li><li><p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>TBD <strong>&gt;</strong> Application review/approval <strong>&gt;</strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>&gt;</strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>&gt;</strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>&gt;</strong> Interview with the client <strong>&gt;</strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
