Mobile, Alabama (United States) We are seeking motivated and organized individuals to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating personalized vacation experiences. The Remote Planning Representative will help clients explore available options, complete reservations, and stay informed throughout the planning process. This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, online research, organization, and learning about new destinations. Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Training and continued educational support are provided. Responsibilities Communicate with clients to determine their preferred destinations, dates, interests, accommodation needs, and budgets. Research resorts, cruises, hotels, vacation packages, transportation, activities, and excursions. Compare available choices and prepare organized recommendations. Explain general amenities, package inclusions, reservation policies, and available services. Assist clients with completing reservations and reviewing confirmation details. Verify names, dates, and other important information for accuracy. Monitor payment deadlines, documentation needs, and reservation requirements. Provide preparation reminders and relevant destination information. Communicate applicable changes or reservation updates promptly. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Follow up with clients before and after their vacations. Participate in required training and continued education. Build professional relationships through personal marketing, networking, repeat business, and referrals. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must currently reside in the United States or Mexico. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or compatible device. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Willingness to complete training and follow established procedures.
