Orlando, Florida (United States) We're seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering a positive client experience. In this fully remote role, you'll connect with individuals and families who have already expressed interest in learning about their benefit options. You'll help them understand the information available and guide them through the appropriate next steps. Your conversations will center on education, support, and identifying each client's unique needs. There is no door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling. Previous experience is welcome but not required. You'll receive comprehensive training, personalized coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow professionally. What You'll Do Connect with clients by phone and through virtual appointments. Learn about each client's circumstances, questions, and priorities. Clearly explain available benefit options. Simplify complex information so clients can make informed decisions. Answer questions and provide support throughout the process. Help clients identify appropriate next steps based on their needs. Deliver professional, courteous service from the initial conversation through follow-up. Maintain accurate, organized client records. Complete follow-up communication when clients need additional assistance. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
