Develop and execute strategies to increase educator participation in requesting classroom resources
Design initiatives to grow donor engagement and support for classroom projects across the US

Collaborate with internal teams to align growth efforts with mission-driven goals
Measure and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives in terms of user acquisition and retention
Lead cross-functional efforts to improve user experience for both educators and donors

Requirements

Proven experience in marketplace growth, user acquisition, or engagement strategies
Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and network effects
Experience driving growth in mission-oriented or nonprofit organizations
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret user behavior and engagement data
