Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Rust-based SDKs for voice agent integration
Design scalable systems for deploying AI agents in production environments
Implement observability tools to monitor agent performance and reliability
Optimize webRTC infrastructure for low-latency voice communication
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and documentation
Participate in code reviews and technical planning for platform evolution

Requirements

Proficiency in Rust programming language
Experience with webRTC and real-time communication systems
Background in building scalable backend infrastructure
Familiarity with AI agent platforms or similar systems
Strong systems thinking and performance optimization skills
Experience deploying and monitoring production services
