What you will do Analyze and Solve Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions Design and Integrate Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure seamless operation Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity Collaborate and Deliver Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders Build customer confidence by delivering tangible, high-impact results Grow and Advance Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies Earn certifications and qualifications while applying them on real projects Pursue career paths toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. VMware, VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator, VMware Aria Operations for Applications, VMware NSX, VMware NSX-T Data Center, VMware Server, VMware vSAN.
