Video Editing Volunteer – Dome Fest West

Dome Fest West is the only U.S. festival dedicated entirely to fulldome and immersive cinema, bringing together filmmakers, planetarium directors, and technologists from around the world at the iconic Fiske Planetarium in Boulder, Colorado. We're looking for a video editor to help us capture and share the magic of the festival with our global community. As our Video Editing Volunteer, you'll help turn raw festival footage — screenings, panels, the Fulldome Forward Expo, award ceremonies, and behind-the-scenes moments — into polished recap videos, social clips, and promotional content that showcase this one-of-a-kind event. Your work will help us celebrate the artists and innovators pushing the boundaries of immersive storytelling, and will be seen by planetarium venues, filmmakers, and immersive media fans across 15+ countries. This is a great opportunity for anyone who loves film, wants hands-on experience editing for a real festival, and is excited about connecting with the fulldome and immersive media community.
