As a UC Engineer at Logicalis Asia Pacific, you will design, implement, and manage unified communications solutions for enterprise clients. You will work within a global team of AI-driven technology integrators to deliver lifecycle services across collaboration and connectivity domains. Your role supports organisations in accelerating their journey toward becoming AI-ready enterprises through tailored UC deployments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design unified communications solutions based on client requirements
- Deploy and configure UC platforms including voice, video, and messaging systems
- Manage lifecycle services for collaboration and connectivity technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve UC issues in enterprise environments
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated technology solutions
- Support clients in becoming AI-ready through UC implementation
Requirements
- Experience with unified communications platforms
- Knowledge of voice over IP (VoIP) technologies
- Understanding of video conferencing systems
- Familiarity with enterprise networking and connectivity
- Ability to manage technology lifecycle services
