Triage Paralegal

Review and prioritize incoming legal requests for attorney triage

As a Triage Paralegal at General Legal, you will review and prioritize incoming legal requests to support attorney workflow. Your role involves assessing the urgency and nature of each request to ensure timely routing to the appropriate legal professional. This is a remote, full-time position focused on efficient legal intake and case sorting.

Review incoming legal requests and inquiries

Requirements

Legally fluent with understanding of legal terminology
Strong attention to detail in document and request review
Ability to assess urgency and prioritize legal matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in managing legal intake workflows
Experience with remote work and digital collaboration tools
