Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on trademark registration, infringement, and enforcement strategies.

- Stay current on trademark law developments and counsel clients on best practices.

Requirements
- Admitted to practice law in Australia with 2+ years' experience in trademarks and commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of Australian trademark law and IP regulations.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
