Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on trademark registration, infringement, and enforcement strategies.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, licensing agreements, and partnerships.
- Manage all aspects of trademark portfolios for tech startups and established companies.
- Stay current on trademark law developments and counsel clients on best practices.
- Collaborate with a remote team to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice law in Australia with 2+ years' experience in trademarks and commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of Australian trademark law and IP regulations.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
