Trade Mark (TM) Lawyer/Commercial Lawyer (2yrs-Senior)

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on trademark registration, infringement, and enforcement strategies.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, licensing agreements, and partnerships.
• Manage all aspects of trademark portfolios for tech startups and established companies.
• Stay current on trademark law developments and counsel clients on best practices.
• Collaborate with a remote team to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Australia with 2+ years' experience in trademarks and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian trademark law and IP regulations.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
