Requirements
- Experience in technical support or customer-facing SaaS roles
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment
- Comfort with learning and explaining technical product features
- Proficiency in English for customer and internal communication
