About the role As a Technical Product Manager at Fun.xyz , you will be at the forefront of building cutting-edge blockchain products that redefine user experiences in the decentralized web. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and secure solutions, bridging the gap between technical complexity and user-friendly design. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on highly impactful projects, including the development of the highest-converting crypto checkout in the industry. You will shape product strategies, drive execution, and ensure that our solutions empower users and businesses alike. Qualifications You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, engineering or a related field 7+ years in Product management and strategy, bonus if a few of those years being in Crypto Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services Consistent track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous projects Obsession with product quality and an eye for design Experience in highly-cross functional environments Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Technical experience (Previously a SWE, Protocol engineer, Data analyst, etc.) An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Help Fun.xyz build out the highest converting Checkout product in the industry Define the strategy and roadmap for engineering, attaining maximum alignment with business values and goals Deeply understand Fun.xyz ’s diverse client and user base, and their nuanced business models Own all facets of a product area from crafting the vision and strategy to executing Dive into technologies spanning a mix of off-chain & completely on-chain protocols Partner closely with engineering, design, data, customer support, legal, and operations teams Make trade-offs across multiple complex dimensions Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy and measure success Make multitudes of micro-decisions everyday that will impact the business What sets you apart You are extremely organized You are hyper detail-oriented You take pride and set a high bar for your work, and will not hesitate to hold others to the same bar You have demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders (partners, executives, engineering, customers) in order to achieve results You have mentored other product managers and/or engineers in the past You are a big Do-er and base your work around execution You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the trenches with the team, be it coding, talking to customers, plumbing data, writing documentation, preparing decks, etc. You have a track record of excellence (from school, hobbies, side projects, etc) To apply: https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/fun-xyz-technical-product-manager
