Lead Coupa platform configuration and integration for scalable procurement operations

Serve as the primary technical lead for Coupa and related procurement technologies, combining hands-on expertise with solution design and integration leadership. Configure Coupa workflows, forms, business rules, and data structures to support scalable business operations. Design, build, test, and troubleshoot integrations between Coupa and other enterprise systems while ensuring data integrity and alignment across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Coupa workflows, forms, business rules, and related data structures

This role serves as the primary technical lead for Coupa and related procurement technologies. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with solution design, integration leadership, and strategic guidance to support business operations, platform enhancements, and future-state initiatives. Coupa & SIM Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Coupa platform, with extensive experience in Supplier Information Management (SIM), supplier master data, and procure-to-pay processes. System Configuration: Proven ability to configure Coupa workflows, forms, business rules, and related data structures to support scalable business operations. Integrations: Proven experience designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting integrations (APIs, middleware, data mapping) between Coupa and other enterprise systems while ensuring data integrity and alignment across platforms. Solutioning: Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs, evaluate the best technical approach (configuration vs. integration), and assess impacts of platform changes and modernization initiatives. Technical Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology vendors, clearly communicating technical concepts, providing guidance, and leading problem-solving efforts. Preferred Skills Tangoe/Rivermine: Experience supporting or integrating with Tangoe/Rivermine is highly desirable. Oracle Ecosystem Experience: Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP platforms supporting procurement, finance, and supplier management processes. Procurement Transformation Experience: Experience supporting procurement technology modernization, platform migrations, or ERP transformation initiatives.
