Recruit and hire international talent for distributed teams worldwide
As a Tech Recruiter on a 6-month fixed-term contract, you will source, screen, and hire candidates for global remote roles. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process for distributed teams, ensuring compliance with international employment practices. Your work will help businesses build and manage international workforces through the company's global HR solutions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Requirements
- Experience in tech recruitment or hiring for technical roles
- Familiarity with sourcing candidates for remote or distributed teams
- Knowledge of international hiring practices and compliance considerations
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes independently
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
