Manage daily AM shift operations to ensure timely logistics execution
Oversee the AM shift team to coordinate logistics and transport activities, ensuring smooth execution of supply chain tasks. Support customer needs across global markets by managing shift-based operations and maintaining service standards. Work within Toll Group's worldwide network to facilitate timely movement of goods and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise AM shift team members to maintain operational workflow

- Support forwarding network operations spanning 150 countries
- Maintain service standards aligned with Toll Group's customer commitments
Requirements
- Experience in logistics or transport operations management
- Ability to manage shift-based teams in a remote environment
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and customer service standards
- Familiarity with global forwarding networks and multimodal transport
- Strong coordination skills for managing operations across time zones
- Experience working in large-scale logistics or transportation organizations
