Support STEM education initiatives in Uganda through fellowship activities
The Teach for Uganda STEM Fellowship 2026 is a pilot program under the Leaders in Teaching initiative, supported by the Mastercard Foundation and led by the Luigi Giussani Foundation. Fellows will contribute to improving STEM education in Uganda as part of a consortium of education partners. The program is designed to develop teaching leadership and expand access to quality STEM learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in STEM teaching and learning activities as part of the fellowship program
- Collaborate with education partners in the Leaders in Teaching consortium
- Support implementation of the Leaders in Teaching Program in Ugandan schools
- Participate in training and development sessions for teaching leadership
- Contribute to monitoring and evaluation of STEM education initiatives
- Report on progress and outcomes of fellowship activities
Requirements
- Commitment to improving STEM education in Uganda
- Ability to work with education partners and consortium members
- Willingness to participate in training and leadership development
- Availability to engage in fellowship activities for the program duration
- Interest in teaching leadership and educational improvement
- Openness to feedback and participation in program monitoring
