Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for Pigment's global remote teams

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs across departments
- Source and attract candidates using various channels for global remote roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview loops and ensure timely feedback across time zones
- Manage offer process and support candidate experience throughout hiring
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in applicant tracking systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting
- Experience hiring for remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with sourcing candidates for tech or SaaS companies
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
