- Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
