Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections of inbound, outbound, and repaired containers per survey standards
- Record and document inspection results into the system/database as per procedures
- Affix status stickers such as Rusak, Proses Claim, or Washing on unfit containers
- Communicate container damage or claim status to customers professionally and timely
- Verify container documents align with physical inspections and maintain EIR Claim report archiving
- Identify and report QSHE risks observed during inspection activities
Requirements
- Knowledge of container survey standards and procedures
- Ability to perform physical container inspections
- Experience with documentation and data entry systems
- Understanding of QSHE standards in logistics operations
- Skills in communicating findings to customers and stakeholders
- Capacity to coordinate with depot teams and repair vendors
