Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain subcontract agreements and related documentation
- Negotiate terms and conditions with subcontractors
- Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations
- Facilitate communication between prime contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to government contracting regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Experience in subcontract administration or government contracting
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
