Sr Customer Success Executive (Morning)
Grow existing client relationships through product demonstrations and support
As a Sr Customer Success Executive, you will assist in acquiring new clients and growing existing ones by conducting customer meetings, demonstrating the Manatal product, and maintaining client relationships through support, information, and guidance. You will also source new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, while monitoring competition and industry trends to inform sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer meetings and demonstrate the Manatal product to prospects and clients
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and identifying new business opportunities
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Manage CRM for opportunity and contact tracking, and submit regular sales metrics like forecasts and pipeline reports
Requirements
- 1-5 years of related sales experience
- Experience selling software solutions or in the recruitment industry
- Strong territory and contact management skills
- Excellent consultative and solution-selling abilities
- Working technical knowledge of software components
- Proven leadership skills in independent and team environments
