About the role The Integration Team plays a critical role in helping customers deploy Sardine’s fraud, risk, and compliance products quickly and successfully, serving as the technical bridge between customer environments and our platform. You'll own implementations end to end, working across APIs, webhooks, data mapping, event-driven workflows, and production issues to deliver scalable, high-quality integrations. You’ll partner closely with customers and cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and post-sales to solve technical problems, unblock deployments, and create a best-in-class implementation experience. We’re looking for people who are deeply technical, highly hands-on, and excited to build in a fast-paced startup environment, whether as a strong individual contributor or as a player-coach helping lead and grow the team. What you’ll be doing - Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting our clients up for success - Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents - Analyze clients' requirements from the technical and functional perspectives and design solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products' capabilities - Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables - Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria so that you can provide solutions utilizing Sardine's technology - Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground What you’ll need - 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, OR systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external - 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion - Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis - Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman) Benefits we offer: - Generous compensation in cash and equity - Early exercise for all options, including pre-vested - Work from anywhere: Remote-first Culture - Flexible paid time off and Year-end break - Health insurance, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents - US and Canada specific - 4% matching in 401k / RRSP - US and Canada specific - MacBook Pro delivered to your door - One-time stipend to set up a home office — desk, chair, screen, etc. - Monthly meal stipend - Monthly social meet-up stipend - Annual health and wellness stipend - Annual Learning stipend Join a fast-growing company with world-class professionals from around the world.
