Software Engineer (Full Stack)
Build and maintain full-stack features for HRTech SaaS platform
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Manatal, you will build and maintain features across frontend and backend systems for their HRTech B2B SaaS platform. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and team members to deliver intuitive, user-focused solutions. This includes writing clean, maintainable code, writing automated tests, troubleshooting bugs, and participating in code reviews in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack features in collaboration with team members
- Work with product and design to understand user needs and deliver intuitive solutions
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular
- Working knowledge of Python or similar backend language (Node.js, Ruby, or Java)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or MySQL)
- Understanding of version control systems like Git
